The event officially unveiled the IntelliBra Kit, a groundbreaking AI-assisted device designed to detect breast cancer at its earliest stages. Developed by young Cameroonians under the Anora Breast Cancer Research Foundation, this portable, non-invasive tool combines thermal imaging, ultrasound, and intelligent diagnostics, offering affordable access to screenings even in underserved regions. By reducing costs from 35,000 to 3,000 FCFA, IntelliBra empowers women in rural and urban communities alike to monitor their health regularly.
Beyond technological advancement, the Gala marked the launch of the IntelliBra National Tour, a campaign reaching all ten regions with free screenings and checkups.
